We believe booking a photographer for your event should be simple. Our pricing is based on the amount of coverage you need, with clear packages and no surprise fees. Whether you need a few hours of coverage or a photographer there for the entire day, you’ll know exactly what’s included before you book. If your event has unique needs, we’re happy to build a custom option that fits your schedule and goals.
Photography Rates
Standard hourly rate: $250/hr (2-hour minimum)
Day rate: $2,500 for events 8 hours or longer
Headshots
Executive Headshots: $50 per person (maximum 50–60 people)
High-volume/Event Headshots: $300/hr (for conference or event setups expected to run for multiple hours)
