We keep travel simple with a “rate + room” approach. You cover our standard hourly or day rate plus accommodations for our on-site team, and we take care of the rest—including flights, transportation, meals, rental cars, and luggage fees.

The sooner, the better. A signed contract and deposit are required to add you to our calendar officially. Dates are reserved on a first-come basis.

For photography, our standard turnaround time is 5 business days from the last day of your event.
